PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL - EACH ITEM HAS BEEN MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEM SPECS BEFORE PURCHASING. E&E CREATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AFTER PACKAGES HAVE BEEN MARKED DELIVERED BY POSTAL CARRIERS.

RETURN POLICY:

I hope that you love all your purchases from E&E! Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. Please review each item and their description before purchasing, including sizing and size guides. Items that “do not fit” upon receiving are not eligible for return. DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please contact me at eanecreations02@gmail.com and forward photos of any perceived damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photo effects do not qualify as damaged.

LOST PACKAGES:

E&E is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave my care, this is marketplace standard. E&E is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave E&E’s office.

At E&E Creations we strive to ensure that every order is carefully packaged and promptly shipped to our valued customers. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
